Information, Advice and Guidance. I'm always willing to be proactive and support you at every step, if you wish, from blue sky thinking to practical job applications, to helping you to network effectively and interview preparation. Enabling you to find information you need as part of considering your options. Offering questions and advice to consider. Guidance is the process of assisting you to consider a range of perspectives, ideas, options so that you can come to informed conclusions.

Inclusiveness. Difference and diversity drives a dynamic society and economy. However, there are real and stubborn barriers in the jobs market for many people. Unusually, as a guidance professional I also worked in social enterprise recruitment from 2010 - 2020. Placing migrant Architects, Data Analysts, Engineers, HR and Marketing clients into well-paid professional jobs with major employers such as ARUP, National Grid, Network Rail, Transport for London and the Olympic Park. I’m familiar with what can go wrong and strategies to turn things around.
